CheckoutPilot — Privacy Policy

CheckoutPilot ("the App") is operated by Fleeta Limited ("we", "us"). The App lets Shopify merchants hide, rename and reorder payment methods and shipping options at checkout.

What we collect

• From merchants: the store's myshopify domain, the rule configurations they create, and plan status. Nothing else.
• From shoppers: nothing. Rules are evaluated inside Shopify's own Function runtime during checkout. Cart contents and delivery details are read transiently by that runtime to apply the merchant's rules and are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. The App requests no customer data scopes.

Data retention and deletion

• Uninstalling the App disables all rules. When Shopify sends the shop redaction webhook (48 hours after uninstall), every row we hold for that store is permanently deleted.
• Because we store no customer-level data, customer data requests and customer redaction requests are acknowledged with nothing to return or delete.
• Merchants can email us at any time to request earlier deletion.
